We are thrilled to announce that today, Mrs. Ranya Karam, the Director of Star Mountain Rehabilitation Center, has successfully finalized memoranda of understanding with the chairmen of six local councils in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate!
This collaboration marks the beginning of our new project: "Fostering Inclusive Communities through Good Citizenship." The signing ceremony took place right here at SMRC, symbolizing the start of a journey toward building stronger, more inclusive communities.
Over the next year, we'll be working closely with these local councils to integrate the rights of persons with disabilities, establish children's clubs, and empower teams with essential training .
Noteworthy are the selected councils for collaboration: Beit Liqya Municipality, Qabiya Village Council, Kharbatha Al-Misbah Village Council, Deir Abu Mish'al Village Council, Ni'lin Municipality, and Shuqba Village Council. Together, we're making a difference!
